Where is The FRIENDS™ Experience located?
The experience is located at The District Docklands - Level 1, Corner Star Crescent and Studio Lane, Docklands.
Who can go to The FRIENDS™ Experience (is there an age limit)?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is for everyone! Fans new and old are welcome, children 14 and younger must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Infants 2 years old and younger enter free.
How long does the The FRIENDS™ Experience go for?
The experience goes for 45-60+ minutes.
How do I get to The FRIENDS™ Experience?
Getting to Docklands is easy! Catch a free tram from Melbourne CBD or drive and park in one of the two multi-story car parks (first 90 minutes free).
The Distract Docklands is located within the Melbourne CBD free tram zone on Tram Routes #35 (City Circle), #70, #86 - Alight at stop D11.
Parking is available at The District Docklands 2 car parks (first 90 minutes free):

Is The FRIENDS™ Experience fully accessible?
The majority of the Experience is fully accessible however some exhibits incorporate stairs and may not be suitable for all patrons. Please see a staff member if you have any questions or require assistance.
Tickets are available in a range of price categories depending on your preferred visit day and time.
Off Peak: Tickets from $25.00 + booking fee
Standard: Tickets from $30.00 + booking fee
Peak: Tickets from $39.00 + booking fee
Flexi tickets are also available allowing patrons to enter any time on a chosen day.
VIP ticket holders receive an exclusive lanyard, badge and pin, all packaged in a FriendsTM themed gift box!
I have an anytime ticket, when can I attend?
As an anytime ticket holder you are able to attend on any day the experience is open - there is no need to book into a specific session time. Please check our opening hours to ensure we’re open on the day and at the time you wish to attend.
Discounted group tickets for 6 or more are available via the Ticketek website
The FRIENDS™ Experience is available for school or larger group bookings. Please email Friendstheexperience@lifeliketouring.com for information and pricing.
Ticket Age Brackets
Can you purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, subject to availability tickets will be available to purchase at the door. We do, however, recommend that you book in advance online as sessions regularly sell out.
Do you accept concession cards?
Yes. Accepted concession cards include Government Healthcare Cards, Pension Cards and Veterans Cards only. Please note that seniors cards and student cards are not accepted.
Do you accept companion cards?
Yes we do! Cardholders are admitted free with a fully paid ticket (concession or otherwise).
Is my ticket valid for another day or time?
Tickets are purchased for a specific session time (unless you have purchased a flexi ticket) and will not be valid for entry on another day or time. We cannot guarantee access to the Experience outside the hours indicated on your ticket.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Can I change or refund my tickets?
Please contact Ticketek to complete an exchange of ticket form or refund enquiry
All refund and change of ticket requests are at the discretion of the organiser. Refunds will only be available if your session has been cancelled or rescheduled.
Can I take photos and videos?
Absolutely! Bring your smartphones and cameras to capture you and your friends in the most iconic set pieces from the show. There are also inhouse photo opportunities throughout the Experience.
Don’t forget to tag @FriendsTheExperienceANZ and #FriendsTheExperienceANZ when you upload and share your photos.
Can I use cash at The FRIENDS™ Experience?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is a cashless event.
Is there pram parking?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is pram and buggy friendly. Please note there is very limited pram parking available and you are advised to carry valuables with you at all times.
Can I buy merch?
Of course! The FRIENDS™ Experience Store will be open to the public and ticketed patrons any time The FRIENDS™ Experience is open!
There'll be T-shirts, tote bags, plush toys like Hugsy, Joey’s bedtime penguin pal, and so much more. Get your lobster a Crap Bag!
Are food and drinks allowed?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in The FRIENDS™ Experience, however bottled water is fine.
Will the characters or actors be there?
There will be no talent from the show onsite at any time.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The FRIENDS™ Experience is an inclusive and welcoming event. Providing a safe and fun environment for patrons is our number one priority. Please note:
- Abusive language and behaviour towards staff or other patrons will not be tolerated.
- If you arrive late to your session, entry cannot be guaranteed. We will endeavour to grant admittance when practical, pending capacity.
- We reserve the right to inspect all packages, bags, backpacks, purses, or other containers on the premises.
- Line jumping is prohibited. Patrons who line jump will not be allowed to access the attraction or retail store.
- Patrons should not enter the Experience if they are unwell or are experiencing flu-like symptoms
- Smoking and vaping is prohibited.
- Lost property: The FRIENDS™ Experience is not responsible for any lost or stolen items - please see a member of staff if you have lost any items.
