Welcome to the most immersive FRIENDS™ Experience ever! There are set recreations, props and costumes from the show, and even the iconic orange couch - Oh. My. Gawd! Not to mention plenty of Instagram-worthy photo opportunities and limited-edition merchandise! Could you BE any more excited?

Who can go to The FRIENDS™ Experience (is there an age limit)?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is for everyone! Fans new and old are welcome, children 14 and younger must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Infants 2 years old and younger enter free.
How long does The FRIENDS™ Experience go for?
The experience goes for 45-60+ minutes.
How do I get to The FRIENDS™ Experience?
Getting to The Fullerton Hotel is easy! The L2 & L3 Light Rail goes straight past hop off at the Martin Place Stop. Train stations within walking distance are Wynyard, Martin Place and Town Hall Stations. Those driving in can park at Wilson Parking 123 Pitt Street, or Secure Parking 1 Martin Place.

Is The FRIENDS™ Experience fully accessible?
The majority of the Experience is fully accessible however some exhibits incorporate stairs and may not be suitable for all patrons. Please see a staff member if you have any questions or require assistance.
TICKETING INFORMATION
Tickets are available in a range of price categories depending on your preferred visit day and time.
Standard: Adult Tickets from $36.00 + booking fee
Peak: Adult Tickets from $45.00 + booking fee
Purchase an ANYTIME ticket which allows patrons to enter any time on a chosen day.
VIP ticket holders receive an exclusive lanyard, badge and pin, all packaged in a FRIENDS™ themed gift box!
I have an anytime ticket, when can I attend?
As an Anytime ticket holder you are able to attend at any time on the day your ticket is for - there is no need to book into a specific session time. Please check our opening hours to ensure we’re open on the day and at the time you wish to attend. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to spend in the experience – give yourself 45 – 60 minutes!
Group Bookings
Discounted group tickets for 6 or more are available via the Ticketek website

Can you purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, subject to availability tickets will be available to purchase at the door. We do, however, recommend that you book in advance online as sessions regularly sell out.
Do you accept concession cards?
Yes. Accepted concession cards include Government Healthcare Cards, Pension Cards only. Please note that seniors cards and student cards are not accepted.
Do you honour companion cards?
The ticket is free for any Companion Card holder chaperoning a paid ticket holder. Companion Card tickets must be booked through Ticketek to ensure the tickets are reserved in the system. Is my ticket valid for another day or time?
Tickets are purchased for a specific session time (unless you have purchased an Anytime ticket) and will not be valid for entry on another day or time. We cannot guarantee access to the Experience outside the hours indicated on your ticket.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Can I change or refund my tickets?
Please contact Ticketek to complete an exchange of ticket form or refund enquiry
Exchanges can be processed here if eligible.
All refund and change of ticket requests are at the discretion of the organiser. Refunds will only be available if your session has been cancelled or rescheduled.
ADDITIONAL FAQs
Can I take photos and videos?
Absolutely! Bring your smartphones and cameras to capture you and your friends in the most iconic set pieces from the show. There are also inhouse photo opportunities throughout the Experience.
Don’t forget to tag @FriendsTheExperienceANZ and #FriendsTheExperienceANZ when you upload and share your photos.
Can I use cash at The FRIENDS™ Experience?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is a cashless event.
Is there pram parking?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is pram and buggy friendly. Please note there is very limited pram parking available and you are advised to carry valuables with you at all times.
Can I buy merch?
Of course! The FRIENDS™ Experience Store will be open to the public and ticketed patrons any time The FRIENDS™ Experience is open!
There'll be T-shirts, tote bags, plush toys like Hugsy, Joey’s bedtime penguin pal, and so much more. Get your lobster a Crap Bag!
Are food and drinks allowed?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in The FRIENDS™ Experience, however bottled water is fine.
Will the characters or actors be there?
There will not be any talent from the original TV series onsite at any time.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The FRIENDS™ Experience is an inclusive and welcoming event. Providing a safe and fun environment for patrons is our number one priority. Please note:
- Abusive language and behaviour towards staff or other patrons will not be tolerated.
- If you arrive late to your session, entry cannot be guaranteed. We will endeavour to grant admittance when practical, pending capacity.
- We reserve the right to inspect all packages, bags, backpacks, purses, or other containers on the premises.
- Line jumping is prohibited. Patrons who line jump will not be allowed to access the attraction or retail store.
- Patrons should not enter the Experience if they are unwell or are experiencing flu-like symptoms
- Smoking and vaping is prohibited.
- Lost property: The FRIENDS™ Experience is not responsible for any lost or stolen items - please see a member of staff if you have lost any items.
